A box of disposable pads runs a few dollars a week, forever, and each one goes in the trash after a single floor. They're thin enough that a wet pad tears halfway through the kitchen, and dry ones push more dust around than they pick up.
These are the same shape, made properly, and they go in the washing machine.
Will It Fit Your Mop?
Worth two minutes before you order, because flat mops don't share a standard attachment.
These are pocket-style pads. The ends are open with elastic bands — you slide the mop plate into the pocket and it holds by tension. If your mop head is a flat rectangular plate that slides into a sleeve, these fit.
They don't fit clip-style or proprietary velcro systems. If your mop grips the pad with plastic teeth on top, or uses a branded hook-and-loop plate, these won't attach.

Two Materials, Two Jobs
The material matters more than the color.

If you have pets, get the coral flannel. Long plush fibers grip fur and hold it through the pass, which is the whole problem with a flat disposable pad — it just moves the hair to the next corner.
Why These
- Up to 150 washes. One pad replaces roughly three years of disposables at a pad a week.
- Wet or dry. Same pad works for washing and for sweeping, depending on the material you pick.
- Safe on every floor type. Hardwood, laminate, vinyl, ceramic tile, and stone. Microfiber is softer than any of them.

- Streak-free. Dense fiber lifts residue rather than spreading a thin film of it across the floor.

How to Care for Them
- Shake out loose debris before washing.
- Machine wash warm with mild detergent.
- No fabric softener, no dryer sheets. Both coat the fibers and destroy the grip — this is the single fastest way to ruin a microfiber pad.
- Tumble dry low or air dry. Wash separately from cotton, since cotton lint clogs the fibers.

Questions
How do I know if these fit my mop?
Measure the long edge of the flat plate on your mop head and match it to 10 in or 16.5 in. Then check the attachment: these slide over the plate like a sleeve. If your mop holds pads with plastic clips or a branded velcro plate, these aren't compatible.
Wet or dry — which material?
Towel cloth for wet mopping, coral flannel for dry sweeping and pet hair. Both work either way, but each is clearly better at one.
Can I use them on hardwood?
Yes. Microfiber is softer than any finished floor. For sealed hardwood, wring the pad out well — damp, not wet.
How long do they actually last?
Rated for up to 150 washes. What kills them early is fabric softener, which coats the fibers and stops them gripping. Skip it and they last.
