How It Works

Two spring-loaded scraper blades sit on the mop frame. You push the pad through them and pull it back — the blades close on the pad and strip it as it passes.

Hair comes off in a line and drops away. Dirty water gets squeezed out. Grit is scraped loose. The pad comes out of the pass damp instead of soaked, ready to keep going.

Your hands stay on the handle the whole time.

On sealed hardwood, run the pad through the scraper a few extra times before you start — damp cleans hardwood, wet damages it. The scraper is what gives you that control without wringing anything out by hand.

Caring for the Pads

1. Run each pad through the scraper before removing it — most of the hair comes off there.
2. Machine wash warm with mild detergent.
3. No fabric softener, no dryer sheets. Both coat microfiber and destroy its grip. This is the fastest way to ruin a good pad.
4. Tumble dry low or air dry. Wash separately from cotton, since cotton lint clogs the fibers.

How does the self-cleaning actually work?

Does it really get pet hair off?

Yes, as long as the pad is damp rather than wet. Run it through the scraper a few extra times to squeeze out excess water before you start.

Can I buy extra pads?
Yes — replacement microfiber pads are available separately in the store, in both wet-mopping and dry-sweeping materials.

Do I need special cleaning solution?
No. Use whatever floor cleaner you already have, matched to your floor type. The mop doesn't require a proprietary refill.
